Esperanza

Esperanza is a high-performance digital-to-analog converter built around classic Burr-Brown PCM63 or Analog Devices AD1862 multibit DACs, combining a classic conversion architecture with modern digital interfacing, carefully engineered clocking, selectable digital filtering and NOS operation.

Multibit conversion, engineered as a complete system.

Esperanza is not built around a feature checklist. Its architecture is centered on the converter, the clocking, the digital filter path and the analog stage that follows it.

At the heart of Esperanza is a classic precision multibit converter architecture based on the Burr-Brown PCM63 or Analog Devices AD1862. Rather than treating the DAC chip as the entire product, the design surrounds it with modern digital input handling, selectable filtering, NOS operation and a low-noise analog output architecture.

The result is a standalone DAC intended for serious listening, studio use and systems where the quality of the digital-to-analog stage matters more than software features or proprietary control layers.

Esperanza supports multiple digital sources and provides both single-ended RCA and balanced XLR analog outputs, allowing it to integrate naturally into domestic, studio and measurement-oriented systems.
